If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused, unworn condition with original packaging.

To request a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order details.

Approved returns must be sent back in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.


Exchanges

Need a different size or help with fit?

Because many Southside Golf Co products are released in limited quantities, exchanges depend on product availability.

If your requested item is sold out, we may not be able to offer an exact exchange.

Contact us and we’ll work with you on the best available solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Limited release products marked final sale
  • Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise
  • Items returned without approval

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

We’ll make it right.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an order error or product issue caused by us.
