Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@southsidegolfco.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

All limited releases, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
